I Love Thy Name

(Written by Axton Dash. Dedicated to God)

Lord I love thy name, Prince of Peace

Lord I love thy name, Mighty God

Lamb of God my Lord, I love thy name

Word of God my Lord, is called thy name!

Jesus Christ my Lord, I love thy name

Everlasting Father God, I love thy name

Wonderful, Counselor, I love thy name

Word of God my Lord, is called thy name!

Bread of Life my Lord, I love thy name

Son of God my Lord, O’ I bless thy name

Emmanuel my Lord, how wonderful is thy name!

Word of God my Lord, is called thy name

Alpha and Omega Lord, I love thy name

King of Kings my Lord, How great thou art!

Holy One of Israel, I love thy name

The Way, the Truth, the Life my Lord, I love thy name

I love thy Name

Word of God is thy name

How precious is thy name

I love thy name!

Oh, Holy Bible

(Written by Axton Dash, dedicated to God)

Reconciled by grace we’re no longer clashing

Tis’ The Book I Believe for Life Everlasting

Oh Holy Bible, thou art alive

And thou art mine

And thou shalt out last time

Oh Holy bible, thy truth I believe

Thou word of God, I humbly receive

From “In the beginning” to “Amen.”

I see my dear saviour over and over again

And his name is Jesus, the Saviour of my soul

And good tidings of his gospel is the best news ever told

Oh Holy Bible, thou art quick and alive

My soul and my spirit, thou didst pierce and divide

The entrance of thy words surely giveth light

So we can see the way to Jesus the Christ

Holy Holy Holy Holy Bible

Holy Holy Holy Bible, I love you

…and I trust you

Jesus you are the Lord.

It’s Worth It

(Written by Axton Dash. For brethren who struggle)

Sometimes we think we are so good

But we never really do what we should

The strength of our flesh is very weak

We can try but then we just reach our peak

So to get through all the rough of this life

Trust in the Lord who gave us his life

But you don’t understand, there’s affliction and pain

Well Just hold on to the faith, when we die there’s great gain

We as Christians need to be meek

Even if they hit you give them the other cheek

Tell me what you think, should you fight, or walk away?

Take a deep breath and pray and behave

Sometimes we never listen to the way things ought to be

That’s probably why theres consequences, pain, and misery

My night time pillow is not dry

Well brother it’s okay to cry, keep your faith when it’s tried

Those tears are oh so precious indeed

We’re getting tempered when we stay in belief

One day this flesh will die off

Then we’ll see what we believe so please don’t stop

Check it out, we all have flaws and we’re weak in the flesh

I know everybody listening knows a lot about stress

How dare we claim self-righteousness

We’d be lying because we know we’ve still got some mess

Oh wretched man I am, who can deliver me?

Well Christ is the way to life eternally

Thank God for our advocate, our hope ,and our faith

Be patient through the trial enter through the straight gate

Sometimes we think we are so good

But we never really do what we should

Though we get tired, though we have affliction

And when we are persecuted

Remember, believe the word and pray

God can hold your hand through it

And the outcome will be worth it

Ah oooh, Because I am designed just like you

The rough of this life is so very temporary

So don’t worry bout it ya’ll just remember what is stationary

Sometimes we think we are so good

But we never really do what we should

The telephone just started ringing

And on the other end someone started singing,

“Joy Joy Joy the outcome is worth it

Now I know the plan and now I know the purpose

A purpose, oh it was worth it, ooh I’ll fly away!”

Love One Another

(Written by Axton Dash)

I’m so happy about my portion of life

I’ve got food shelter family and a wonderful wife

I’m glad for  walking, I’m glad for breathing

I’m glad for poetry, I’m glad for believing

I really think the smaller things of our lives

Carry much more weight than we’ll ever realize

Like teaching the youth, like giving a hug

Like feeding the hungry and sharing true love

When we love one another, we’re truly loved

When we forgive one another, we’re reconciled

A few years ago I had to understand something

Good works with no charity is good for nothing

You need to appreciate that vertical love

Then the horizontal will be straight from above

Be quick to love so you won’t get bitter

Flowers blossom but they also whither

And, I know sometimes the heart gets cold

But, forgive 70 times 7 in the scriptures we’re told

When we love one another, we’re truly loved

When we forgive one another, we’re reconciled

When we love one another, we’re truly loved

When we forgive one another, we’re reconciled

Just Praise

(Encouragement to brethren. Written by Axton Dash)

Here we go, it’s another day

I’m on my way to work again

I’m going to try, try to win

At 5am I’m glad to be alive

but sometimes I feel like I’m losing my drive

I say Thanks above, and then I go get dressed

Going to try my best and try not to stress

Well, I hit the freeway

Red brake lights stacked 30 miles away

So I, So I guess I’ll just chill

And then start thinking about these bills.

Well should I complain about my life

Or should I give thanks to the

One who gave me my life

Just praise, just praise just praise,

Praise praise The Lord in the stormy weather

There’s hope There’s hope There’s hope

There’s hope things are going to get much better

(Repeat 1X)

And even as I write this verse

I know some people go through much more worse

Like, being sick with no food to eat

Selling there bodies for love

Not even knowing the Lord

And there’s really nothing worse than that

We need to repent for lies we call a fact

Turn or burn, believe in Christ

I know heaven’s gunna be real nice.

So should I complain about my life

Or should I give thanks to the

One who gave me my life

Just praise, just praise just praise,

Just praise praise the Lord in the stormy weather

There’s hope There’s hope There’s hope

There’s hope theres hope things are going to get much better

(Repeat 1X)

And when the storm passes over

Don’t forget about the token

Every rainbow in the sky

Is a promise, is a sign

And you better be prepared because

This earth will be destroyed,

Not by water anymore but by fire

Get in the door And that Door is Christ

Or Saviour,  our Lord, and our Rock

Give thanks to your creator before

life on earth will stop.

So here I go to work again

Redeem time because life is thin

Traffic is bad, but still give thanks

It’s a mission field there’s potential saints.

So here we go, open doors

Armor on, step out in faith

run the race, keep the faith

Trust in God, trust in grace

The word is true, the word will last

when times get tough, pray and fast

Rejoice in truth, again, rejoice and

Life is short so make a choice.

Just praise, just praise just praise,

Just praise praise the Lord in the stormy weather

There’s hope There’s hope There’s hope

There’s hope theres hope things are going to get much better

(Repeat 1X)

These Last Days

(Song about standing firm in the last days. Written, arranged, and performed by Axton Dash.)

You know what? It’s time to follow truth

And one more thing, we’ve got to teach the youth

I know it’s been a very long time

If my life were a stereo I’d press rewind

It’s a tough life to live

But we’re not here alone

God gave his Son, through his blood he atoned

Everywhere I go I think this world is getting stranger

The end is getting closer there’s a heightened state of danger

The last days, the last days, be spiritually prepared

Face a lion with no faith; he’ll know you’re really scared

I know I’m no good on my own

There’s only One good on the throne

And I know that you know that we have

The power to overcome by the blood of the Lamb

Don’t worry about our wicked adversary

If you’re a Christian then you do what’s necessary

You pick up the word and put your armour on

Submit yourself to God, resist the devil, he’ll be gone

And here’s why I’m telling ya

This world is gunna yell at ya

Endure to the end, God’s love won’t be failing ya

Now there’s an empty tomb, get it deep down in you

Get stablished on the truth, then proclaim it from the roof

These last days, these last days, let’s not be ashamed

There’s power in His name, our King forever will reign

JESUS is his name, I will forever proclaim

He was raised form the grave and he took away my pain

(I Mean) Where do I being, I was dead to my sin

Thank God for the prophets and the apostles guided pen

The word gives life, sanctified from above

No one on this earth can remove me from his love

(That’s right) And even if the whole wide world falls down

The church of God will stand and receive a righteous crown

Washed by his blood, our Saviour lives forever

Let’s remain faithful and believe the good Shepherd

Have you ever looked around and began to consider

Our faith is on trial, we’ve got to resist the tempter

We go through seasons, sometimes it’s cold as winter

But then you sit back and you start to remember

And just in due time, gentle rain falls

A leaf begins to bud and we’re back to standing tall

The end is getting nigh, watch, pray, don’t hide

Someday, one day we’ll be caught up in the sky

All praise to our Lord, King of everything

All power, all glory, authority, and majesty

No body else can be, because he reigns supreme

Over all the earth, and every galaxy

And that relaxes me because in Him I believe

Oh so thoroughly, He sent his L-O-V- E.

Heritage Song

( Written, arranged, and performed by Axton Dash.)

I’m in this land today, a decedent of a slave

We was taken from so far away

All the way to the USA

Several hundred years ago they say

For a brother, how much did they pay?

Born a couple days just after May

Ivory Coast and Ghana in my DNA

In chains and forced on ships

Getting beaten and getting whipped

And somehow they made it alive

I wanna know, what was their drive?

And also, would America thrive?

And all so, would America thrive?

For man stealing and killing children

What will it take for my country’s healing?

Month of February? A new president?

40 acres and mule? Are tax dollars being spent?

To build up or tear down? To swim or drown?

When I was a kid, I asked my dad, “Why am I brown?“

I couldn’t understand why people were so mean…

But today we resolve this rough heritage

By trusting God and learning how to forgive…

Cuz all have sinned and need God’s grace

Don’t hate your brother when you haven’t seen God’s face

The Kingdom of God, the Kingdom of God

All tongues and all tribes, for all mankind, Jesus Christ died

And rose again, his blood washes our sin

I want you to see the gospel, not the color of skin

From Cameroon to Congo, Middle East to Greece

Scandinavia and all of Asia, America, Australia

From Ireland to Spain, believe in God’s name

Love God and your brother, the primary two

The love of Christ is here for me and you

Believe God’s word, let him interpret

Like Acts chapter 2, His translation is perfect

Remember Israel in the country of Egypt

Pharaoh had a plot, he thought he was strategic

But Moses led them out by the power above

The next promised land is more than you can ever dream of

So let’s get ready every ethnicity

Four corners of the globe, who's in with me?

Cuz one day buddy, the trumpet will sound

The whole world is gunna see our Lord descend in the cloud

Right now I’m still in this mean world today

The last day is not too far away

Born again by the word God had to say

The word of Christ in my DNA.

Silence of Love Remix

(Song for my wife. Written arranged and performed by Axton Dash)

The Silence of Our Love is alright

The Silence of Our Love is alright

Thats right, and thats right, and thats right..

And I remember the day that I met ya

I did not realize I wouldn't for get ya

It’s been all kinds of crazy weather

The silence of our love and I have not left ya

And I’m amazed at how time goes by

And there’s still moments when my heart does cry

Tears of joy when I think of where we should be

But I’m so thankful for the things that will be

I couldn't have planned for it to be much better

The things we have been through have kept us together

And thats why our emotions can be so diverse

The silence of our love is louder than fireworks

So now it’s a new year

Say good bye to those old tears

And now we look forward

To our love getting stronger

Stronger than it was plenty years ago

And, And  thats alright because our love will grow

Will you go or will you stay?

Will you agree to what I say?

The silence of our love,

It keeps on adding days!

Love is a choice, I hope you’ll chose wise

Give of all you have to each other otherwise

There’ll be some barriers

to some things that shouldn't be

Work it out together communication’s key

When you work it out, go on and celebrate

You’ve learned a little lesson for silence’s sake

So here we are it’s after 5

How about a dinner for 2 alive.

That’s why I say silence of Love

This May, Please Dance With Me

(Dedicated to my Mother. Lyrics by Axton Dash)

Mama I love you. Mama I love you

This song is dedicated to my mom. She is blessed. Happy Mother’s Day...

A mother’s love is so very unique

It’s like a tender rose, the daisies cannot compete

She and daddy, though ordained brought me into this world

My mom’s a virtuous woman, a priceless pearl

From my very first birth, momma provided me care

And when I was a teenager, she provided me prayer

So how can I thank you?

I thank God for you on my bended knee

For all your love, This May please dance with me

This woman is my sweet mother

This May please dance with me

Momma raised me up in the way I should go

She witnessed to me young, so I can know when I’m old

That true love’s from above, eternal life is in Christ

I pray one day we’ll worship God together in Paradise

(And here's what I believe:)

A true mother’s love get’s stronger through the years

And sometimes my emotions break the levee holding tears

I thank God for you on my bended knee

For all your love, this May please dance with me

This woman is my sweet mommy

This May please dance with me

Thank God for all the good mother’s out there

Thank you mom for dedication to family

Your affection and nurture, your loyalty and virtue

Thank you mom for your patience and all your supplication

For giving me an education, thank you for wisdom and kindness

Even through all my crisis. Thank you for shelter

and caring for it. Thanks for loving God and your sharing of it.

You know what I think makes you a great mother?

You do all these things for me, and also for others...

I thank God for you on my bended knee

For all your love, This May please dance with me

This woman is my sweet mother

This May please dance with me

And if your mother’s gone or not around

Just call upon the Lord and New Jerusalem will be your home

Because she’s the mother of us all

This May please dance with me.

Darling True

(Dedicated to my wife. Written, arranged, and performed by Axton Dash. Featuring Purple Rose)

Whoaooah, Whoaaooh

Every morning and every evening

I am so happy you’re the, the one I’m seeing baby

There are the reasons that I, I chose to be with you

And one of them is that you, you are so darling true

Here we are in our daily routine

We love each other summer, fall, winter, to spring

I’ve hoped for this the day I looked in your eyes

We’ll make it through even if we improvise

Her sweet sense of humor and moral control

Warm as she can be, she’s a threat to the cold

And my commitment is for now and here after

To say I love her “much” I’m missing an adverb

Come on babe!

Whoaooah, Whoaaooh

It’s kinda like a dream, but it’s reality

I feel so blessed with darling true you are my Queen

Most girls are superficial and they seek the same thing

Your my darling true, thats why I bought you a ring

And that’s why I’m singing

And when times get tough, we’ll take it as a test

If our water turns to ice, we’ll just skate to the west

Cuz my ambition seeks warmth like the fall bird

To say I love her “much”, I’m missing an adverb

Come on babe!

Whoaooah, Whoaaooh

And on a pretty day I say “Whoaaooh”

You’re my darling true you know I will not let you go

So looky here baby, because you’ve been so true to me

I’ll do the same, we’ll stay together till the E,N,D

(util the end)Yeah yeah, yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah!

Come on babe, So good to be with you, so good to love ya

So glad that you are my darling true!

Poetry and Audio

(Theme of the Poetic Audio studio. Written, arranged, and performed by Axton Dash)

Poetry and audio

It’s a theme of my studio

Good morning and good afternoon

There’s a message for all in my tunes

Let me take a minute to introduce my cause

I write to point to truth, to encourage, and applause

See, every now and then we all need to say thanks

God’s been good to both the just and the unjust he made

Just think, you’re still alive if you’re jamming to my rap

And if you’re feeling far away, we gon' close the gap

And here’s a fact not opinion: Lo and behold

I’d rather have Jesus than silver or gold

Poetry and audio

It’s a theme of my studio

Good morning and good afternoon

There’s a message for all in my tunes

So let me get straight to the point alright

Have you heard my poem called, “From Darkness to Light”?

If not, I recommend you download it today

And then you’ll understand why I know there’s only one way

There only one way, there’s only one way

I said there’s only one way, only one way

And that one way is Jesus, the Saviour of my soul

I’m so thankful that He pulled in that gentile fold

You know, John 14: 6 KJV and it’s clear

There’s only one way to go to heaven from here

There only one way (background)

Eternity is true y’all, this thing called “YOLO” is false ya’ll

You gon’ live after this life in one of two places

I pray you get it right..

There’s only one truth but two places to go

Heaven or hell, but Jesus wants you to know

There’s only one way to the Father

I want my name on Heaven’s roster

I got saved by the King ya’ll

And He’ll do the same thing for you

All you got to do is believe

I hope you get a KJV and believe what you read

I never said that life was easy

But with hope you’ll have a reason

To get through every season

Without faith there’s no pleasing

By now I hope you understand the message of my tune

There’s one way of salvation, God’s Son and thats the truth

If you’ve still got some questions at the end of this song

Send an email to me on  .com
